Ardmore Venue Reopening In New Location After Closing Last Year

Laura Mann is bringing back music to Ardmore with a new, bigger venue just a few blocks away from the old Living Room at 35 East venue.

ARDMORE, PA — After closing about a year ago, The Living Room at 35 East is bringing more music back to Ardmore in a new location.

Owner Laura Mann is planning to open an all new bigger and more full service Living Room 35 East Ardmore Avenue location in a Masonic Hall building.

The new venue will accommodate 300 to 400 people just a few blocks from the original location.

Show goers will be able to enjoy coffee, tea, cappuccinos, soda, light snacks, and desserts catered by Mann herself.

Additionally, show goers can bring their own alcohol, and the house provides corking, wine glasses, and mixers with ice.

The grand opening is scheduled for Sept. 4 with US Rails and special guests.

  • Sept. 10 — An Intimate Solo Performance by Andy King
  • Sept. 11 — Live At The Fillmore
  • Sept. 17 — The Fractals, Stargazer Lily, and Cookie Rabinowitz
  • Sept. 18 — An Evening with Lauren Hart and Matt Santry
  • Sept. 24 — The Mark Evans Band and Better Ducks
  • Sept. 25 — Jim Boggia September
