Ardmore Watering Hole Among Area's Best Cocktail Bars

ARDMORE, PA — If you're on the Main Line and looking for a stellar cocktail, look no further than this Ardmore joint.

The Philadelphia Inquirer recently published a list of the best cocktail bars in Philadelphia.

The 10-bar list features watering holes offering "classic cocktails or boundary-pushing beverages."

Among the 10 were two in the suburbs.

One of which is The Ripple Wood Whiskey and Craft.

Located at 29 E. Lancaster Ave. in Ardmore, The Ripplewood was featured alongside the Goats Beard in nearby Wayne.

Here's what the Inquirer said about The Ripplewood's cocktail offerings:

A lot of people go to The Ripplewood because of its burgers. But the restaurant also stocks more than 200 whiskeys, which makes this a great place to drink before, during, and after your meal. Try one of its bourbon flights, or stick to the cocktail menu of well-balanced, strong house cocktails and riffs on classics.
