Ardmore's Ripplewood, Conshohocken Brewing Teaming Up For Dinner

ARDMORE, PA — A special dinner event is coming to Ardmore soon and it will feature two local favorites teaming up to offer five courses.

You can enjoy a special five-course dinner from Ripplewood Whiskey and Craft and Conshohocken Brewing Company.

The dinner will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 9 at Ripplewood in Ardmore.

Food will be provided by Ripplewood and Conshohocken Brewing will provide drinks.

Tickets cost $75 each. A special $91 ticket offers entry to the event and the new book by Matt Pushinsky of Conshohocken Brewing Co.

• Kale and ricotta gnocchi, paired with Nightmare on 10th Street
  • pepita pesto, spiced honeynut squash

Fourth

• Duck breast, paired with Beam Me Up Scotty with Scotch Old Fashioned
  • 10 spice waffle, bluberry jus

Fifth

• Banoffee trifle, paired with Day Without A Dawn with Cognac flip
  • 3 puddings, graham cracker, chantilly, dulce de leche
