BHHS Fox and Roach HomExpert Report for June Property Sales in Ardmore, Merion, Wynnewood and other areas of the Main Line.

Property sales in Ardmore during June of 2015 increased 47.6 percent from the same month the previous year. In Merion Station during June of 2015, property sales increased 9.1 percent. Property sales in Wynnewood decreased 21.2 percent from the same month the previous year.

Ardmore Report:

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 31 properties that closed in June, compared with 21 from the year before. In June of 2013 that number was 31.

The median price of the properties that sold in June 2015 increased 13.1 percent over the same period in 2014, from $290,000 to $328,050. In June 2013, the median price was $285,000.

The average days on the market increased by 9.4 percent from 53 to 58 days between June 2014 and June 2015.

Merion Station Report:

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 12 properties that closed in June, compared with 11 from the year before. In June of 2013 only 9 property closed.

The median price of the properties that sold in June of 2015 decreased 18.1 percent over the same period in 2014, from $715,000 to $585,500. In November 2013, the median price was $569,000.

The average days on the market decreased by 43.4 percent from 83 to 47 days between June 2014 and June 2015.

Wynnewood Report:

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 26 properties that closed in June, compared with 33 from the year before. In June of 2013 that number was 36.

The median price of the properties that sold in June of 2015 decreased 10.1 percent over the same period in 2014, from $540,000 to $485,700. In November 2013, the median price was $456,188.

The average days on the market increased by 131.8 percent from 22 to 51 days between June 2014 and June 2015.
