Bryn Mawr Resident's Vehicle Tracked From Philly Airport: Police

Police said a resident who parked their car at the Philadelphia International Airport was notified they were being tracked when they left.

BRYN MAWR, PA — Radnor Township Police said a Bryn Mawr resident's vehicle was reportedly tracked recently.

According to police, a resident of South Black Friar Road Monday told police their cellphone notified them of electronic tracking.

The resident parked their car at the Philadelphia International Airport on Dec. 27 and when they got back to the area Monday, the "Find My" app on their phone said the vehicle was being tracked from the airport to their home, police said.

Police did not find any tracking device on the vehicle and police said the device stepped tracking the vehicle after the police report was filed.
