City Ave Lane Closing For 1 Month In Lower Merion
Verizon will begin installing utility services along City Avenue next week, forcing lane closures through late July, PennDOT said.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Verizon Pennsylvania is planning weekday lane closures on City Avenue in Lower Merion Township next week, with closures lasting a month, according to PennDOT.
PennDOT said lanes on City Avenue will close Monday, June 22 through Wednesday, July 22 this week for utility installation work.
Closures will be in effect each day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The affected are of City Avenue is between Wynnewood Road and 63rd Street.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
