City Ave Lanes Closing Through Early July In Lower Merion
PennDOT said the lanes will close weekdays to accommodate a local lighting improvement project.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — A portion of City Avenue in Lower Merion Township will have right lane closures in both directions through mid early July due to lighting work, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, City Ave/U.S. Route 1 will have lane closures Monday through Friday, July 9.
The affected area is between Lapsley Lane and 52nd Street/Maple Avenue.

Lanes will be closed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., PennDOT said.
No work is scheduled on Friday, July 2, or Monday, July 5, in observance of Independence Day.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the construction area because backups and slowdowns may occur.
