City Ave Traffic Shifting For 2 Weeks In Lower Merion: PennDOT
A 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week traffic shift is planned on southbound City Avenue through early January, PennDOT said.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Traffic on City Avenue in Lower Merion Township will shift for two weeks due to work on St. Joseph’s University pedestrian bridge.
According to PennDOT, traffic will shift on southbound City Avenue/U.S. 1 from Friday, Dec. 22 through Saturday, Jan. 6, 2024.
The affected portion of road is between Cardinal Avenue and Lapsley Lane.

The shift will be in place 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
