Conshohocken State Road Gas Work Hours Extended

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — The work hours for gas main upgrades on Conshohocken State Road in Lower Merion have been extended, according to the township.

Now, PECO gas main upgrade work will also take place 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays in addition to work taking place Monday through Friday.

The added Saturday work will keep this portion of the project on schedule to be completed in the first week of November.

While most of the work will be done without road closures, Conshohocken State and Mill Creek roads will be closed for one day each.

Flagger will handle traffic flow at the intersection, according to the township.

Drivers should expect delays in the area and use alternate routes when possible.
