Conshohocken State Road Lane Closures Canceled

PennDOT said a change in the contractor's schedule forced next week's lane closures to be canceled.

VILLANOVA, PA — Overnight lane closures on Conshohocken State Road/Route 23 in Villanova next week have been canceled, PennDOT said.

According to PennDOT, a change to the contractor's schedule forced the cancelation.

Lane closures were planned for 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Monday through Friday between Page Terrace and Gunning Lane in Villanova.

However, drivers on Conshohocken State Road will still to encounter a weekday lane closure with flagging from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the same area for various construction activities under this project.

This work is part of a PennDOT project to improve travel and safety on Conshohocken State Road through the Spring Mill Road intersection.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
