December Lower Merion Health Inspections: 29 Establishments

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – The Montgomery County Health Department inspected numerous establishments in December in Lower Merion area and found nearly all to be in violation of at least one health code.

Thai Pepper/Mikado Restaurant in Ardmore had the most violations with 16.

Those included roach-like insects observed on glue traps, mouse-like droppings on a chemical shelf and on the bottom shelf at end of the cooks line, utensils stored in stagnant water, and more.

• Yi's Boba – inspected Dec. 18, four violations
• Marokko – inspected Dec. 14, eight violations
• Lourdas Greek Taverna Inc. – inspected Dec. 13, seven violations
• Shangri-La Inn – inspected Dec. 12, one violation
• Jack McShea's – inspected Dec. 12, 11 violations
• Turning Point of Bryn Mawr – inspected Dec. 12, seven violations
• Carmella's Bistro – inspected Dec. 8, three violations
