Di Bruno Bros Closing Ardmore Location

The beloved local Italian deli market chain is closing a few of its stores, including two on the Main Line, according to company reps.

ARDMORE, PA — A popular Italian market in Ardmore is closing.

A spokesperson for Di Bruno Bros. said the Ardmore Di Bruno Bros. location will close soon.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the gourmet market located in the Ardmore Farmers Market, 120 Coulter Ave., will close Wednesday.

Locations in Wayne and Center City Philadelphia are also expected to close soon.

Brothers Joe and Danny Di Bruno opened their original location at 930 S 9th St. in Philadelphia's Italian Market in 1939.

The chain maintains the original location, a bottle shop at 920 S. 9th St., and a Rittenhouse location at 1730 Chestnut St.
