Breathing for Peace, Happiness & Good Health

Pranayama & Ayurveda - The Breath is everything.  We can go periods of time without food and water, but without breath, there is no life.  Yet in our society, very little emphasis is placed on this simple yet, profound automatic act of breathing.  Ninety per cent of us do not breath properly or deep enough.  In Ayurveda, we are always conscious of the life force, or prana that is circulating throughout every cell in our body.  In this workshop you will learn breathing techniques to enhance that life force so you can relax, create energy & heat, boost metabolism, direct intention and promote healing and balance of every organ and system of the body.  You will receive instruction and subsequently be able to experience the powerful results of breathing deliberately.
