Whether you are a beginner, experienced meditator, or have fallen off course with your practice, this retreat is for you. In the morning, you will learn/review the basics of meditation. Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to experience various techniques including, mantra, mindfulness, music, guided imagery, poetry, pranayama (breathing), use of mudras, and the beauty of silence. You will be invited to acquaint yourself with meditation as the antidote to stress, how & why it will help you in living a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life, how it can enhance your creativity, and as a means of accessing higher states of consciousness.
