Fairview Road Closing Wednesday For Underground Work
Crews will be working on Fairview Road to repair an underground communication cable, forcing a portion of the road to close Wednesday.
PENN VALLEY, PA — A portion of Fairview Road in the Penn Valley section of Lower Merion Township will be closed Wednesday, according to the township.
The township said the road will close from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday to accommodate repairs on an underground communication cable.
Fairview Road will be closed between Summit and Conshohocken State roads.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
The trench will cross the roadway so through traffic will not be possible.
