Federal Donuts Opening Monday In Wynnewood Whole Foods

WYNNEWOOD, PA — The Main Line is getting its own version of Federal Donuts next week, as it will open a new stand at Whole Foods Market Wynnewood Monday.

Donuts and coffee from the popular, local chain will be available starting at 8 a.m. Monday at Whole Foods, 15 E. Wynnewood Road.

The menu at this location will be coffee and donuts only. Federal Donuts did not say if and when fried chicken will be available at the new location.

The coffee menu will be the company’s recently enhanced program, which now serves La Colombe and espresso.

The donut menu will feature "The Classics," which are glazed classic spiced cake donuts, and a rotation selection of "Fancy Donuts."

The Classics are: old fashioned flazed, dark chocolate glazed, and chocolate old fashioned.

The six Fancy Donuts include the new Super Banana Pudding, a banana spiced cake donut with a banana glaze, topped with crushed Nilla wafers and a dollop of vanilla pudding; Strawberry Rhubarb, a classic spiced cake donut with strawberry glaze and rhubarb drizzle, topped with strawberry-dusted cereal; and Caramel Pecan Bun, a cinnamon swirl cake with a buttery brown sugar caramel glaze and topped with chopped pecans.

The Wynnewood Federal Donuts is open daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is located on the main floor adjacent to the entrance of Whole Foods Market Wynnewood.

Coffee and donuts can be ordered ahead for pickup, through delivery via DoorDash, and in person.
