Philadelphia’s Taney Dragons will take on Mountain Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20 as Mo’ne Davis continues her amazing run as the 18th girl to have ever played in the Little League World Series.

The two teams are the last two undefeated squads in the United States, though Mountain Ridge is know for it’s heavy hitting.

Mo’ne Davis, however, is the first female pitcher to have thrown a shutout, and attention from the public and the news media has been moving quickly.

Davis is getting high ratings on ESPN, she was featured on the front page of The Philadelphia Inquirer every day for the past week and her Twitter following has climbed from below 10 people to more than 8,000.
