Free Census Training Event Being Held In Ardmore

ARDMORE, PA — The 2020 census is nearly here, and for those who want to be part of the population tallying event can get free training in Ardmore.

Montgomery County is hosting several trainings for census volunteers, including one in Ardmore.

The event will be held from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 18 at Bethel AME, 163 Sheldon Lane in Ardmore.

Those sought to volunteer for the census are highly motivated, organized, concerned citizen who wants to help ensure a complete Census count.

Census takers conduct face-to-face meetings with hard-to-count groups.

The training events will give attendees lessons and materials to get the job done.
