Harlem Wizards To Face Off Against Lower Merion School Teachers
A matchup for the ages (and for charity).

By LOWER MERION SCHOOL DISTRICT for Patch
A team of Lower Merion School District teachers and administrators will take on the world-famous Harlem Wizards in a charity basketball game in Lower Merion High School’s Kobe Bryant Gymnasium on Saturday, October 24 at 3 PM! The game serves as a fundraiser for the Education Foundation of Lower Merion, which supports educational programs in the District. The Wizards - well-known for their athleticism, tricks, and fancy ball-handling - travel across the country and the world to entertain fans with their amazing basketball talent and hilarious comedy. Last year’s event was a sell-out and another capacity crowd of more than 1,000 fans is expected this year. In addition to on-court activities, the event will include food and fabulous raffle prizes.
