LOWER MERION-NARBERTH, PA — With the holidays nearly here, ElderNet of Lower Merion and Narberth is asking for increased donations.
ElderNet provides hundreds of meals to families in need around the Lower Merion and Narberth areas during the holidays.
To help them feed families, community members are asked to donate various food items.

- carrots
- green beans
- cream of mushroom soup
- yams
- cranberry sauce
- pie filling
- gravy
- applesauce
Boxed items
- mashed potatoes
- corn bread mix
- stuffing
- macaroni and cheese
- marshmallows
- crispy onions
- pie crust
Other items sought are cooked frozen hams and uncooked frozen turkey, as well as bottled juices.
Due to limited space, ElderNet cannot take perishable items before Nov. 21.
