I-76 Lanes Closing In Lower Merion Monday, Tuesday

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Lane closures are scheduled this week on Interstate 76 in Lower Merion Township, according to PennDOT.

PennDOT said right lane closures will affect traffic in Interstate 76 east and west in the township due to bridge inspections.

The closures will be in place Monday on Interstate 76 east between the Route 23/Conshohocken and Belmont Avenue.

Then on Tuesday the closures will be in place on Interstate 76 west between the Gladwyne and Route 23/Conshohocken interchanges.

The closures will be in place both days from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because slowdowns may occur.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
