I-76 Multi-Car Crash Leaves Several Hurt In Lower Merion Thursday
Several people were taken to a hospital for treatment following a multi-vehicle crash on the Schuylkill Expressway Thursday night.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — A crash Thursday night on Interstate 76 east sent several people to the hospital, as multiple vehicles were involved.
PennDOT said the crash occurred at about 10:40 p.m. on the eastbound lane of the Schuylkill Expressway.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash, which was between the Gladwyne and Belmont Avenue exits, and a power pole came crashing down as a result, according to NBC10.

Action News reports several people involved were taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The crash scene was cleared by about 12:15 a.m. Friday, PennDOT said.
