Lancaster Ave Lane Closing Weekdays Through Early June

PennDOT said utility construction will force a lane closure at Lancaster Avenue and Wynnewood Road in Lower Merion Township.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — PECO Energy is planning a weekday lane closure on Lancaster Avenue/U.S. 30 in Lower Merion that will last for about a month, PennDOT said.

According to PennDOT, Lancaster Avenue at the intersection with Wynnewood Road will have a lane closure to accommodate utility construction.

The closure will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, May 13 through Friday, June 11.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
