Lane Closing On I-76 In Lower Merion Overnight Next Week
PennDOT said geotechnical operations will close a single lane on I-76 in Lower Merion during the nighttime next week.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — A portion of Interstate 76 in Lower Merion Township will see a lane closure next week, according to PennDOT.
A single lane closure is planned on I-76 Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12.
The closure will be in place overnight from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

The affected area is just west of the Gladwyne Interchange in Lower Merion
Crews will be working on geotechnical operations, PennDOT said.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups.
Delays will occur, according to PennDOT.
