Lane Closure On I-76 West In Lower Merion Township From July 18-20
The lane closure is on the Schuylkill Expressway between the City Avenue (U.S. 1 South) and Belmont Avenue interchange beginning the 18th.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — The left lane of I-76 Westbound will be closed in Lower Merion Township overnight on July 18 and 19, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
The lane closure is on the Schuylkill Expressway between the City Avenue (U.S. 1 South) and Belmont Avenue interchanges, PennDOT said. Closures are Monday, July 18 and Tuesday, July 19 beginning at 9 p.m. and continuing into the following morning at 5 a.m.,
PennDOT advises drivers to use an alternate route or allow more time for backups and slowdowns in the work area.

Crews will be repairing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). PennDOT said the repair is part of the Transform 76 program aimed at reducing congestion on the expressway.
