Lanes Closing On I-76, City Avenue Overnight In Lower Merion
Paving work and Intelligent Transportation Systems repair work will affect traffic on two Lower Merion roads overnight this week.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Interstate 76 and City Avenue in Lower Merion Township will have overnight lane closures this week, according to PennDOT.
City Avenue will have lane closures Monday and Tuesday nights between Belmont Avenue and Interstate 76.
The closure will be in place 7 p.m. to 5a.m. the following morning for paving work.

Then overnight Thursday and Friday, Interstate 76 west will have a lane closure overnight.
A left lane closure will be between City Avenue/U.S. 1 South and Belmont Avenue.

The closure will be in place from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.
Crews will be repairing Intelligent Transportation Systems, PennDOT said.
Drivers are advised to use an alternate route or allow more time for travel in the work area because significant backups and slowdowns may occur.
