Lanes Closing On Interstates 76, 476 This Week On The Main Line
Guide rail work will force lane closures overnight on both Interstate 76 and 476 in Lower Merion, Radnor, Haverford, Maple, and more areas.
MAIN LINE, PA — Guide rail work will affect overnight traffic on Interstates 76 and 476 along the Main Line this week, according to PennDOT.
Crews will restrict travel on the highways in Lower Merion, Radnor, Haverford, Marple, and other townships from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning Monday through Friday this week.
On I-76, closures are schedules in both directions on I-76 between the Interstate 276 and the southbound U.S. 1/City Avenue interchanges in Upper Merion and Lower Merion.

On I-476, lane closures are scheduled in both directions on I-476 between the Media/Swarthmore and the Interstate 276 interchanges in Nether Providence, Springfield, Marple, Haverford, Radnor, Lower Merion, Plymouth townships and West Conshohocken Borough in Delaware and Montgomery counties for guide rail operations.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur.
