Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood is ranked among the nation's best health care facilities in 2021, according to Newsweek.
WYNNEWOOD, PA — Lankenau Medical Center is ranked among the best in the country by Newsweek.
The magazine released its "World's Best Hospitals" for 2021, which included 15 Pennsylvania hospitals among the top 200 in the U.S.
Lankenau Medical Center was named the 150th best hospital in America and the 10th best facility in Pennsylvania, according to the ranking.

The facility was also listed by Newsweek as performing above average for infection prevention.
Nearby, Bryn Mawr Hospital in Bryn Mawr was ranked 279th nationwide and 13th in Pennsylvania.

In its methodology, Newsweek explained that it looked at three data sources to compile the rankings: recommendations from medical experts, results from patient surveys and medical KPIs on hospitals.
