Learn 'Gap Year' Benefits At Ludington Library Wednesday
The library will host a discussion on how taking a year off between high school and college can benefit young people. See details here.

BRYN MAWR, PA – Many young people head off to college right out of high school. While that works for some, others seeking higher education may benefit from taking a year off between high school and college.
And a talk at the Ludington Library in Bryn Mawr will go over how that year off, commonly known as a "gap year," can benefit students.
The library is hosting the event at 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14.

Katherine Stievater, founder of "Gap Year Solutions," will present the talk.
Stievater argues students who take a gap year before college are more mature when they begin college, more motivated, become leaders on campus, and graduate in less time with higher GPA
