Letter to the Editor: Save Ardmore Coalition Steps Up For Local Businesses
One local group aims to help small businesses face their unique challenges this holiday shopping season.

Save Ardmore Coalition believes in the power of "Mom and Pop" on Main Street. To that end we are launching a holiday ad campaign that is festive and fun to remind shoppers it's not just all about , we think it should be Small Business Everyday.
Starting with holiday colorful shopping bags designed by Save Ardmore Vice President Scott Mahan, who wears an additional hat as Ardmore Business Association Vice President that bear the catchy phrase coined by Save Ardmore Coalition Vice President Carla Zambelli of "Discover More in Ardmore", we endeavor to make those who see Ardmore as a place you drive through as a place you stop, shop and dine in. The festive bags, which will be available in shops along Lancaster Avenue are the result of a partnership with the Ardmore Business Association.
We also have other things in the works courtesy of Save Ardmore Coalition President Sharon Eckstein, so let us know where else you see, shall we say, "thoughts of Ardmore" as December progresses.

We love our village and we want people to see it is a real town – you can't get that in all communities and there is something to be said about Magic on Main Street where merchants greet their customers by name, and welcome visitors warmly.
We shop in Ardmore regularly and want to introduce more people to our beloved town!
