Life Time Ardmore Launching New Hybrid Yoga Class

You can try the new class for free on Sunday, Sept. 29. Sign up for the free classes to make sure you have a spot.

ARDMORE, PA — Life Time in Ardmore is launching a new yoga class and the club is offering two free classes for you to try it out as part of National Yoga Month.

SOL is a new yoga class designed in-house by Life Time’s highly certified LifePower Yoga Teachers.

At the Ardmore location, you can join SOL Rising, a free event open to the public that will officially launch the class nationwide on Sunday, Sept. 29.

Classes in Ardmore will be held at 10:45 a.m. and 12p.m. and will last an hour.

After the classes, attendees are invited to stay for a social hour with snacks and refreshments.

SOL is a combination of yoga’s traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa format combined with Life Time’s popular signature FLOW format.

The class synchronizes breath and builds strength through continuous movement and is perfect for those interested in a traditional yoga format that is fully guided.

Life Time Athletic is located at 40 E. Montgomery Ave. in Ardmore.
