Life Time Athletic Opening In Ardmore Friday

ARDMORE, PA – Ardmore's newest fitness center is opening for workouts Friday, April 27, but not before a grand opening celebration on Thursday, April 26.

Life Time Athletic Ardmore will host its grand opening Thursday night in Ardmore's Suburban Square.

From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., the facility's grand opening event will feature tours, demonstrations, entertainment, and food.

The new fitness center will be open to workouts for all members starting at 5 a.m. Friday, April 27.

"We are thrilled to continue to bring our Life Time experience to the Main Line community with our expansion into Ardmore. Our comprehensive athletic boutique is simply unmatched in the area," Miklos Horvath, Life Time Athletic Senior General Manager, said. "We are honored to begin serving our members with a unique and comprehensive Healthy Way of Life experience through our incredible array of health, wellness, nutrition, relaxation and entertainment services and programs."

In addition to the fitness center, Lie Time is opening a shared work space.

Life Time Work features ergonomic works paces, a dedicated outdoor terrace, conference rooms, and private and open-plan work spaces. All members of Life Time Work will receive a complimentary membership to the athletic resort club, as well.

"We are ecstatic to open our first-ever Life Time Work within the elite Ardmore community," Life Time Work President James O’Reilly said. "Life Time Work will offer entrepreneurs, those who work remotely from home and others who have occupations based outside of Philadelphia an upscale workplace environment like no other."

Life Time Athletic Ardmore and Life Time Work offers two floors of appointed spaces.

Highlights include five specialized studios for exclusive group exercise, yoga, barre, cycle, and Pilates programming; and a training floor for individual, small group and one-to-one training with 200 pieces of cardio and strength-based equipment; an interactive Kids Academy that provides entertainment including music, reading, yoga, dance and more for babies through tweens; LifeCafe, a healthy fast-casual eatery and LifeSpa, a boutique spa offering massage services to rejuvenate and recover, both of which are open to members and non-members.

Life Time Athletic Ardmore will be open seven days a week from 4 a.m. to midnight after the April 27 opening.
