Lower Merion School District Asking For Student Vaccination Proof

The district said it's not required, but providing vaccination verification will help with contact tracing in the future.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — The Lower Merion School District is asking parents and guardians to students' provide vaccination proof.

According to the district, providing proof is not required.

However, this information will help the district's Health Services in planning and contact-tracing for the 2021-22 school year.

Students who were not vaccinated at a Lower Merion School District vaccine clinic should have proof of vaccination send to healthservices@lmsd.org.

Vaccination information will be kept confidential, the district said.
