LMSD Students Bring Home 1st, 2nd Places At Computer Programming Competition
Students form Lower Merion took first and second place at the Widener University Programming competition recently.

Two groups of students from Lower Merion School District earned top honors at a computer programming competition recently, taking home first and second place.
The students attended Widener University's 11th annual programming competition on Thursday, March 23 where they were up against 50 other teams from 15 schools, the district said.
The teams of three had to use Python or Java – two computer programming "languages" – to complete eight programming problems.

Students Noah Rubin, Eli Bickel and David Vonderheide while Charley Hermann, Jake Gurevitch and Ben Loeb took second place.
Way to represent Lower Merion School District, kids! Now let's hope they aren't getting tons of requests to help family members with their computers.
