Lower Merion Library System Needs Member-At-Large For Board

You can apply now through Jan. 31 to serve on the Lower Merion Library System's Board of Directors.

LOWE MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — The Lower Merion Library System is looking to fill a vacant seat on its board of directors.

A Member-At-Large for the board is needed on the board and interested parties can apply now through Jan. 31.

To apply, submit a résumé to the President of the Board of Directors, Lower Merion Library System, 75 East Lancaster Ave., Ardmore, PA 19003.

The board meets one night each month. The member at large would also participate in other subcommittee tasks as needed, in addition to the monthly meetings.

The Library System is designated by Lower Merion Township to act as the township’s agent to provide library services for residents.

Board directors are responsible for policy-making, stewardship, and long-range planning for the six members: Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd, Belmont Hills, Gladwyne, Ludington and Penn Wynne Libraries.
