LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — The Lower Merion Police Department is looking to bring on new police officers and is accepting applications through mid-May.
Applications are accepted through 4 p.m. on Monday, May 16.
Written tests will be administered on Saturday, May 21 and the physical fitness tests on Sunday, May 22.

The Lower Merion Police Department is actively seeking and recruits veterans and members of the National Guard and Reserves.
Eligible military members will get 10 additional preference points after finishing the written, oral, and physical exams.
Reserve and National Guard members also get 15 days of paid military leave.
