Lower Merion School District Hosting Child Safety Session Monday

Lower Merion School District, in continuing it's Health Topics series, will host a child safety session on Monday, Jan. 23 at 7 p.m.

The session will be held at Gladwyne Elementary School, 230 Righters Mill Road, Gladwyne.

Titled Child Safety: Good Touch, Bad Touch, the session will give parents the opportunity to learn about a developmentally-appropriate curriculum for elementary aged children.

The district and its Interschool Council developed the Health Topics series for district parents and guardians to help understand the health-related topics that are prevalent among students of all ages.

Next month's session is Food for Thought: Weight and Body Image at the Bala Cynwyd Middle School, 510 Bryn Mawr Ave., Bala Cynwyd.
