Lower Merion Seeking Planning Commission Member
You can help shape Lower Merion Township by joining the planning commission. The deadline to apply is May 26.

ARDMORE, PA – Do you have an interest in local politics? If so, Lower Meroin Township could use you.
The township is taking applications to fill a vacancy on the township's planning commission.
"The PC (planning commission) reviews all subdivision and land development plans and submits recommendations to the Board of Commissioners," according to the township.

Candidates with a planning, civil engineering or landscape architecture background are preferred, but those qualifications not required to be considered.

The commission is composed of seven members who serve four-year terms of office and typically meet on the first Monday of each month at 7 p.m.
Interested parties can apply for the vacancy with the application available online here.
