Preliminary investigation did not show signs of trauma, struggle, or drug use.

"Where their bodies are located is very unusual. They're not sitting in the driver's seat or passenger seat. They were actually stuffed in the floorboard area in front of the seats," Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said. "So their bodies are positioned...very unusual positions for the two of them, and they are both large males. It's unusual the way we found the bodies."
