Is there a kids’ menu? Not officially but off the menu they do offer spaghetti, chicken fingers and grilled cheese.

Are there healthy options on the kids’ meal? Grilled cheese is your healthiest bet from the kid options. However, the salads, soups and hummus are healthier and large enough to be shared between kids.
How does the restaurant deal with food allergies? Alert your server and they will be as accommodating as they can be.
Is the restaurant so quiet that any childish outburst will draw attention or is there enough noise that a small cry is likely to go unnoticed? Small cries will go unnoticed. My only caveat is that since this is a tavern, I would not suggest bringing children or babies later at night since many adults will be drinking. Lunch or early dinner are your best family friendly times.
