More than 5 Lbs. Of Weed Found In Main Line Grow House Bust: Tredyffrin Police
The grow house was operated by two Slovenian nationals who are behind bars.
Two Slovenian nationals are behind bars after Tredyffrin Township Police busted a marijuana grow house in Paoli where they recovered pounds of pot and paraphernalia used in a growing operation.
According to police, David Knap, 27, and Samuel Zuscin, 24, both Slovenian nationals, were arrested on Thursday, Feb. 9 at a home on the 100 block of Maple Avenue in Paoli.
Knap and Zuscin have both been charged with felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, court records show.

Both defendants will be formally arraigned on Feb. 23 after waiving their preliminary hearings on Feb. 15, court records show.
In lieu of $50,000 bail each, both defendants were remanded to the Chester County Prison pending trial and action on federal immigration warrants, according to police and court documents.

Police said they were investigating a growing operation at the Maple Avenue residence and found Knap and Zuscin at the home at about 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 9.
Police said an "overwhelming smell of marijuana" was in the home.
After arrested the men, police secured the home pending the service of a search warrant by detectives, police said.
After searching the home, authorities found more than 5 lbs. of marijuana – both growing and cut – as well as tenting, growing lights and other items used in marijuana growing, police said.
