New Ardmore Parking Garage Is Open For Business
You can pay with the Parkmobile app, coins, cash, and credit cards at the new public garage at One Ardmore Place.

ARDMORE, PA — Lower Merion residents and visitors have a new place to park, as the public parking garage at One Ardmore Place is now open.
The garage is located on Haws Terrace and is accessed from Cricket Avenue, directly across from Cricket Terrace and behind existing Lancaster Avenue retail stores.
For a limited time, the garage will be free of charge. After that time, paid hours are 8 a/m/ to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Parking is free on Sundays.

Those parking in the new garage will be able to pay at one of six kiosks, two of which will be located on each floor near the elevator entrances and the rear stairwells
Parkers will “pay-by-plate,” meaning those who park there will enter their license plate number into the kiosk.

Accepted paymform forms are:
- credit card — minimum charge $1.25
- coins — nickel, dimes, quarters, dollar coins
- $1 bills
- Parkmobile smartphone payments — 40 cents per transaction (the garage features three zones, one for each level, for Parkmobile payments)
After paying youll get a recpeiet, but the repcpeits do not need to be placed on dashboards while parking in the garage.
The parking rate is 50 cents per hour. The EZ Park Smart Card is not accepted at these kiosks.
A grand opening for the One Ardmore Place building, with apartments and retail space, will take place on April 16.
