ARDMORE, PA — A new burger joint is open for business in Ardmore.

Gouldsburger's is now open at 4 Station Road in Ardmore. This is the seventh Gouldesburger's location, and the third in Pennsylvania.

Married couple Mike O’Leary and Samantha Sandoz, of Haddon Heights, New Jersey, are the franchise owners and operators. Ahead of Thursday's opening, O'Leary spoke with Patch.

It has locations in University City, Logan Square, Sicklerville, Bordentown, Medford, and Haddonfield.

"They came to us, said we found a location in Ardmore, and asked us to take a look," O'Leary said. "It was a great neighborhood and a great environment. The people are excellent."

Guests will find burgers such as the signature "Gould Standard," which comes with lettuce, pickle chips, raw onion, Cooper Sharp American cheese, and Heinz ketchup. There's also the "Forager," featuring caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and truffle aioli.

Gouldsburger's also allows customers to create their own burgers, offering a bevvy of free and premium toppings, including hot cherry peppers, applewood smoked bacon, cayenne butter sauce, avocado, and sunny-side-up eggs.

The menu also features cheesesteaks, loaded fries, breakfast sandwiches (which are available all day), hot dogs, onion rings, grilled cheeses, and more.

While Gouldsburger's is a chain, the Ardmore location has its own flair.

O'Leary said his location is offering salads, something not all Gouldsburger's menus feature, due to the active lifestyle around the Main Line.

Additionally, any burger and cheeseteak can be made on a gluten-free bun or roll. The fries are gluten-free as well, as O'Leary said the location's fryers are free from gluten cross-contamination and use 100 percent pure olive oil.

The Ardmore outpost is also offering a spicy chicken sandwich, dubbed the "Station Hot Chicken Sandwich." O'Leary said the name is a reference to the nearby Ardmore train station.

All sauces available at Gouldsburgers are homemade, as well, he said.

Guests can also get meal deals featuring fries, a drink, and their sandwich of choice at the new joint.

Diners can get their orders to go or dine in, as Gouldsburger's Ardmore has indoor seating, as well as a standing bar for those looking to eat a bit more quickly.

Orders can be placed through Grubhub and DoorDash, on the Gouldsburger's website, and by calling 484-412-8381.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sundays.
