Providing a blend of both alternative and traditional services, The Balanced Woman’s main objective is to secure patient-specific regimens which help women maintain happy, healthy and balanced lifestyles. With a specialty focus in women’s health, The Balanced Woman also provides tailored treatment, such as male hormone therapy to those undergoing andropause, along with other plans that support an array of other related health matters.

As the Managing Doctor and Owner of The Balanced Woman, Lambert is a Board-Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist who was in private practice for Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Medical Center before she and her family moved to Philadelphia in 1997. Prior to her work with The Balanced Woman, Dr. Lambert served as a surgeon and M.D. at Holy Redeemer and Chestnut Hill Hospitals.

"So much of our medicine today is focused on the fast elimination of symptoms, but true recovery takes a while," Lambert said. "Optimized health requires a plan, and it results from knowledge and change: My main role here is to provide my patients with the knowledge they need so they can make the right changes to feel their best. As a medical professional, I’m not just working for myself. It’s the main reason I went into this industry at a very young age – to develop the tools of healing and to find the best care-solutions for the diverse range of medical needs in our world."
