Nighttime Window Peeping Lands Ardmore Man 2nd Prowling Charge: Police
Radnor Police said Daniel Razionale, 34, of Ardmore, was charged after he was seen looking into apartment windows on July 5.

ARDMORE, PA — An Ardmore man is behind bars after police in Radnor Township took him in on charges of loitering and prowling at night, marking his second time being charged with such a crime.
Daniel Razionale, 34, of Ardmore, was charged in connection with a July 5 incident on the 400 block of Morris Road in Radnor Township.
According to Radnor Police, officers were called to the area for a report of a suspicious person reported looking into windows of an apartment complex.

The victim reported seeing a man, later identified as Razionale, around 8 p.m. walking in the area and looking into first floor apartments, police said.
Then, at about 11 p.m., the victim saw the man looking into their apartment window, which prompted them to dial 911.

Officers found a man matching the description provided to them trying to leave the complex.
Police identified him as Razionale.
He was taken into custody without incident at his home on Wednesday with the help of Haverford Township Police Department, police said.
Court records show Razionale previously pleaded guilty to loitering and prowling at night and defiant trespassing in 2021 after being charged in 2020 for a similar incident in Bryn Mawr.
In that case, he was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to undergo a psychosexual evaluation
Razionale was released on $10,000 unsecured bail, court records show.
He is scheduled for an Aug. 31 preliminary hearing.
Radnor Police said they believe other people may have been victimized by Razionale.
