No New Trial in ’96 Lower Merion Restaurant Murder, Newspaper Reports
A group of Superior Court judges on Thursday overturned the order of a smaller panel last year.

Convicted killer Guy Angelo Sileo Jr. will no longer get a new trial in the 1996 murder of his Lower Merion restaurant business partner, a panel of Superior Court judges ruled Thursday, according to the Norristown Times Herald.
Sileo was convicted in 2001 in the death of James Webb; both men ran the General Wayne Inn on Montgomery Avenue in Merion Station, the newspaper reported.
