Overnight Lane Closure Planned On I-76 West In Lower Merion Next Week
Tree removal work on Interstate 76 west in Lower Merion Township will force an overnight lane closure next week, PennDOT said.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — A lane on westbound Interstate 76 in Lower Merion Township will be closed overnight next week for tree removal operations, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, the closure will be in place from 7 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday.
The affected portion of highway is the area approaching the Belmont Avenue Interchange (Exit 338), PennDOT said.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
