PennDOT Work Impacting Lower Merion Traffic This Week
Milling and paving work, as well as utility work, will impact traffic on Matsonford Road in Lower Merion Township this week.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — PennDOT work will impact traffic on a Lower Merion Township road this week, according to PennDOT.
PennDOT said Matsonford Road will have lane closures during the nighttime and day time this week.
Through Friday, Matsonford Road will have between County Line Road and Route 320 (Gulph Road/Montgomery Avenue) and Matsonford Road/Fayette Street between Rebel Hill Road and Elm Street in Upper Merion and Lower Merion townships and West Conshohocken and Conshohocken.

This closure will be in place from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning due to milling and paving.
And then Wednesday through Friday, a lane closure is scheduled on that same stretch of Matsonford Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for utility adjustments.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur.
