See Camera Footage From Lower Merion Use Of Force Incident

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — As part of their investigation into the controversial incident on Jan. 8 in Bala Cynwyd, Lower Merion Township Police have released dashboard and body camera footage of the entire situation.

Officer Charles Murphy tried to stop a Volvo — driven by Chaine Jordan, 36, of Plymouth Meeting — for tailgating at about 1:12 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 8.

Murphy has been placed on desk duty and Jordan charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license, and other summary traffic offenses.
