LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Saturday brought a deluge of rain to the Philadelphia region. So how much rain fell in the Lower Merion Township area?

According to the National Weather Service, Bala Cynwyd had the most rain in the township.

A member of the Citizen Weather Observer Program at recorded 3.36 inches at 9:08 p.m. Saturday in Bala Cynwyd.

Penn Wynne and Wynnewood got 3.23 inches and 3.22 inches, respectfully. These totals were both recorded at 7 a.m. Sunday by the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail, and Snow Network.

2.54 inches of rain were at 9:04 p.m. Saturday in Rosemont by UrbanNet.
